I worked entirely in ink wash to let the animals emerge from layered washes of grey and black.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach year, over a million wildebeest (joined by hundreds of thousands of zebras) travel roughly 500-1,000 miles in a continuous loop through the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem.
