Design idea will determine final price for your teapot (see details below).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA few things to keep in mind for your design:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI am happy to create as simple or as elaborate of a teapot you can imagine! The more details you request the greater the final cost will be. All pricing details will be finalized before work begins on your teapot. Previous teapots have averaged $700- $1500 to give a general price range to keep in mind before reserving a spot, but price could certainly be higher or lower depending on your design idea. Once the details and price are agreed upon I will send you an invoice for payment. \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePayment is due in full before work can begin on your teapot.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e  Reservation fee will be credited toward your final total. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTeapots can be fully functional or purely decorative. All teapots will be food safe, will hold liquids, pour, etc but decorative designs can accommodate more delicate details that might otherwise be difficult to incorporate into a purely functional teapot. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe design concept is entirely up to you! Past sets have been inspired by anything from a particular animal to a whole ecosystem. Feel free to share photos of past work I have done, real life wildlife inspiration, whatever will best help you communicate your idea for your teapot! I will take your ideas and draw up a sketch to be sure we are on the same page before beginning work. I will also share photos as I create so you can see it come to life all along the way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe are in this together! I want to be sure you are completely in love with your teapot when it is finished so the more we communicate, the better I can understand your vision. You may choose to leave details up to my artistic discretion or you can be specific in the details that matter most to your idea. I realize not everyone who requests a custom artwork is an artist themselves so I'm here to help with the process and ensure you love the final artwork. While there are certain elements that are beyond my control (I can't create an exact glaze drip for example) I will do my best to ensure your teapot brings your dream into reality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are a few things that will be off limits for a design idea. I want to ensure your set can safely ship to you (clay is fickle when it comes to tiny appendages hanging off edges and such), I don't want to promise on a concept I don't feel confident I can deliver, and I want to ensure the final result is true to my artistic style. I reserve the right to decline a custom order should we be unable to come to an agreement on the design idea.
