Política de envío

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping information entered by the customer.  Customers are responsible for any customs/import fees.  Please note that customs fees are not included in shipping costs and are calculated by local customs based on regulations in the final delivery destination.

I package most orders within 24 hours of purchase.  I take the utmost care when I package your items and breakages are very rare, however some shipping circumstances are out of my control.  Should you have any issues with your package please contact me within 10 days of your package delivery so I can make it right.  Please note I cannot be responsible for damages that are not reported to me within 10 days of delivery.
