How often do you restock your website?
I try to do shop updates each month. The date varies based on the work I am creating and I set the exact dates once I am close to finishing a full batch.
How do I know when the next restock will be?
I announce all restock information on Instagram and post multiple stories and posts with reminders for dates and times. You can also subscribe to my e-mail newsletter via my website for montly e-mails with restock dates and day before restock reminders! I also update the banner at the top of my website with the most current shop update information.
Are there multiples of any items?
I make each piece unique so no two are ever exactly alike, and each piece is listed individually. I sometimes have multiple versions of a design but never multiple quantities of an item.
Do you take custom orders or wholesale orders?
I am not taking any custom or wholesale orders so that I can focus on what I am most inspired to make. This allows me to explore more ideas and bring the best variety to each shop update.
Can I pre-order a piece I saw in shop previews or Instagram posts?
Out of fairness to everyone interested I do not take any pre-orders. Items are all sold on a first come, first serve basis.
How do I find out pricing for items you post on Instagram?
I determine final pricing after items come out of the kiln. This allows me to factor my time in creating each piece and any glaze flaws that may affect the final result. I post all prices in my shop previews once I create the item listings.
What are “seconds”?
Seconds are pieces with some kind of flaw that I feel I shouldn’t sell at full price. I don’t ever sell pieces with flaws that would somehow be hazardous to the user.
How can I see what is for sale?
I post previews on my website for each sale within 24 hours before the sale goes live. You can view photos, item descriptions, and prices in sale previews under the "shop" tab.
Your shop is empty. Why can’t I see any items for sale?
In between shop updates my shop is often empty. My work typically sells quickly and I archive sold listings after a few days. If the shop is empty I am sold out so be sure to check for the date of the next restock.
All your items are marked sold out in the shop preview, are they really sold out?
During shop previews all items are listed as sold out with a "coming soon" banner so that no one can purchase them early. Once the sale is live they will update to available status (until they are actually sold out of course!)
It is almost time for the shop update but your website says I need a password to enter?
About 30 minutes before the sale goes live I change my site to “password mode” while I update listings to available status. This ensures that all the listings go live at the same time and no one can shop early. You do NOT need a password to shop and this screen will disappear when the sale is officially live.
How quickly do items sell once they are live?
Items have sold very quickly in the past. I recommend logging in right at the sale time to try to purchase. You can also create a customer profile via my website prior to the sale to save your information for faster checkout. All information is secure and I don’t have access to any of your payment information, only address information is saved.
Does adding an item to your cart secure the item as yours?
Adding an item to your cart does not secure the item until payment is processed. Multiple people can have the same item in their cart at the same time. The first to checkout will secure the item as theirs. If you are interested in multiple items I recommend purchasing one at a time to secure your first choice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide! Prices are calculated based on your shipping location at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs/import fees. Please note that customs fees are not included in shipping costs and are calculated by local customs based on regulations in the final delivery destination.
How do I best care for one of your pieces?
All materials I use are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe (unless otherwise noted in the item listing). However, I recommend hand washing to best care for your item.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (for orders outside the US) based on the shipping information entered by the customer. Customers are responsible for any customs/import fees. Please note that customs fees are not included in shipping costs and are calculated by local customs based on regulations in the final delivery destination at the time of delivery. I have no control over final customs fees and unfortunately do not have the ability to calculate them at the time of purchase.
Combined Shipping
I try to combine shipping on multiple items purchased in separate orders that are shipping to the same delivery destination. Please note that costs are calculated for the item in the order and typically combining the orders into a larger package for multiple items does not result in a lower shipping cost. Please also note that some items are best shipped alone to ensure a safe delivery and I will ship accordingly at my discretion.
Broken/Damaged Items
I take the utmost care when I package your items and breakages are very rare, however, some shipping circumstances are out of my control. Should you have any issues with your package please contact me within 10 days of your package delivery so I can make it right. Please note I cannot be responsible for damages that are not reported to me within 10 days of delivery.
Lost Shipments
All shipments will receive tracking numbers and all tracking information is e-mailed to the customer at the time of packaging. Lost shipments are rare but should you have any issues with the delivery of your package please contact me so I can assist in locating your item.
Returns/Cancellations
I accept cancellations only before an order has been shipped. Please note that I typically ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. I do not accept returns or exchanges on orders, but please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any concerns with your items.
