Show Details and Submissions
About the Show
If you asked me as a kid what my biggest ultimate dream would be, I likely would have said I wanted to make art and save all the animals. I know so many artists share my love for nature and conservation, and that's what this show is all about.
We believe that art has the power to impact people, and we believe as a group in using our power as artists to inspire a deep love for conservation.
Each piece in this show is inspired in some way by nature- from wildlife, National Parks, and wild places, to a deep belief in our need to protect our Earth. Each artist has chosen a conservation organization that connects either to their piece, or to their heart as an artist. Each artist is donating 50% of the proceeds from their work to their specified conservation group.
We believe we all have the power to make the world a more beautiful place. We're trying to do that by spreading joy and love for nature and by giving back to those on the ground doing the hardest part of the work.
All items in the show will be available for purchase beginning August 1st, 2026 at 10am MT. The show will be hosted here at www.kswildlifecreations.com. Customers will be able to preview all items prior to the show's opening. Items will remain active through August 15th, 2026. Any unsold items will be taken down after that date.

Artist Participation Guidelines
Artists have full artistic freedom for the items submitted, all I ask is that they have some inspiration from nature and/or conservation. They can be originals, prints, functional, sculptural, any medium, any size, it's all up to you to be inspired! I welcome artists from all backgrounds and abilities. All art must be your original art, no third party mass produced items will be accepted. Prints, stickers, or other items featuring your original artwork is acceptable.
Artists will designate their desired conservation group for the donation from their item. Groups must be tied to conservation and be a reputable organization. The goal is to have a wide range of groups represented, from local to global, whatever each artist feels best fits with their artwork or personal connections to conservation. All artists will be required to donate 50% of the listed price to their designated organization.
Artists have full control over setting the price for their artwork. US shipping rates are included in the listed price so please price your work accordingly. Orders being shipped outside the US will have a calculated shipping rate at checkout and the artist will be paid this fee as part of their payout for the artwork to cover these additional costs.
Artists are responsible for shipping their artwork, I will not be collecting any items for the show. After an order is placed the artist will receive an e-mail with the customer's shipment information and contact information to ship the order. Artists are responsible for properly shipping and insuring their artwork to the customer. Artists are asked to ship all orders within 7 days of payout and provide tracking information for the shipment.
Artists will be paid for their artwork, minus 3.5% of the listing price per item (to cover transaction fees only). Artist will be paid within 5-10 days of sale of their artwork. Artists will be paid to their submitted PayPal or Venmo account unless another payment method is requested by the artist.
Artists are asked to make their donations within 7 days of receiving their funds and are asked to provide proof of donation to KS Wildlife Creations.
Artists will receive promotional images to share on social platforms and any other way they see fit. Each artist will receive a promotional post by KS Wildlife Creations on Instagram @kelseyceramics highlighting their submitted work and the conservation organization(s) they have chosen to support. Artists will be tagged in posts and will be asked to share to their personal platforms as well. To help spread the word, we ask that all participating artists use The Art of Conservation social media graphics designed specifically for the event. We've provided them in multiple formats—square, portrait, and reel/story sizes—so you can choose the one that resonates most with you or mix them up! If you're sharing process work or finished pieces on your social channels, we encourage you to incorporate the promotional materials in a way that feels natural to you. Additionally, consider reaching out to your conservation donation recipient to see if they can help amplify the event by sharing details with their audience. The more we spread the word, the more funds we can raise for conservation—let’s make an impact together!

Shopping FAQs
Can I view items before they go live for sale?
Yes! Full item previews with photos and pricing will be up before the show goes live!
How long will items be in the shop for purchasing?
All items will be in the shop through August 15th, 2026.
How quickly do items sell?
Many items have sold very quickly in the past. We recommend logging on right at show time to have the best chances to purchase your favorite item. You can also create a customer profile before sale time to save your shipping address for quicker checkout. No payment information can be saved prior to sale time for security purposes.
Does adding an item to the cart reserve it while I keep shopping?
Adding an item to your cart does NOT reserve the item. Multiple people can have the same item in their cart at the same time, the first to process their payment will secure the item as theirs.
Where do items ship from after purchasing?
All items are shipped directly from the artist who made the artwork. This means if you placed an order for multiple items from different artists they will ship separately.
Will there be shipping charges?
There is no additional charge for items shipping to the US. For all orders shipping outside the US an additional shipment fee will be added at checkout. Please note the shipping fee does NOT include any customs or import fees. All customs fees are determined by local authorities in the shipment destination and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
How do I know where an item will ship from?
Most participating artists live in the US but we have many artists from around the world who participate. If an item will be shipping from outside the US there is a note within the item listing details.
How do I see what conservation organization is being supported?
Each item listing details the organization being supported by the artwork and a link to their website if you want to learn more about the work they are doing for conservation.
Who should I contact if I have an issue with my order?
We are confident you will love your new artwork, but should you have any concerns please be sure to reach out! You can contact Kelsey at kswildlifecreations@gmail.com. If she is unable to help with your particular issue she will get you in touch with the artist to be sure it is made right.
