Frogs and Orchids Tea Set

Handmade tea set featuring hand sculpted dart frogs and orchids.  Set includes teapot, two teacups, and two saucers.  Teapot holds approximately 5 cups.  Teacups hold approximately 7 oz each.  Saucers measure approximately 4.5" diameter and .75" depth at plate's edge.  

This set is fully functional, but was designed as a stunning display piece.  As such, the sculpted details are particularly delicate and should be handled with extra care.  Use both hands to support the teapot while pouring as the extra weight of liquid can cause strain and potential breakage to more delicate handles.  As with all ceramics, extreme temperature shock should be avoided and the teapot should not be used directly on a stove, burner, or flame. All materials used are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. However, to best preserve your favorite animals I recommend hand washing.
