The grizzly bear is a conservation success story. In 1975, the grizzly bear was listed as a threatened species in the lower 48 states under the U.S. Endangered Species Act. 50 years later, the population has recovered from under 150 bears to an estimated 2,000. Conservation efforts through the National Park System, including Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, have been key to their recovery.
This mug has a capacity of 14 oz and is microwave and dishwasher safe.
While there are no grizzly bears in Ohio, the 50% donation from the sale of this mug will go to my local parks agency: Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks. To learn more about their work please visit https://www.metroparksfriends.org/
