This hand-thrown, sculpted, and painted travel mug is all about axolotl charm. It features a detailed axolotl front and center, with two more hiding under a log on the back. Painted in both classic pink and rare melanoid black. It’s the perfect mix of cute and quirky! Just like the little water monsters themselves.

50% of proceeds from this mug will be donated to Liberty land axolotl rescue. This organization’s goal is to provide a voice and change the life of axolotls. They use education, rehabilitation, adoption and surrender in order to help and provide a quality of life for the axolotls that have been misunderstood in the past. They are a 501(c)(3) volunteer run, foster base animal welfare organization. I decided to go with this organization as they also provide people with education about axolotls and their habitat as well as rescuing them from an unhealthy life. I believe education in marine life is necessary since a lot of people harm aquatic life because they lack the knowledge to provide them with a good quality of life. These animals are not just cute accessories they are sentient beings with a big history in Mexico which makes them very special to me. I’m proud to donate to this organization as they will make sure to conserve, care and educate the people about this gem of a salamander in this world!
