Each leaf form is built through deliberate, repetitive gestures, emphasizing process and care over excess. The use of natural twine reinforces the artist’s commitment to sustainability, reducing reliance on synthetic materials while allowing texture and imperfection to remain visible. Subtle variations in tone and fiber echo the natural cycles of growth, decay, and renewal found in tropical ecosystems.
