Dreaming Shell- Air Chambers / Ceramic Shelf

Hand-sculpted ceramic curiosity cabinet shelf.

Inspired by the shapes and patterns of marine organisms, it explores the beauty and intelligence of natural systems. Its flowing, biomorphic form suggests a living structure, seemingly growing and adapting to embrace the objects it holds while appearing to expand organically into the surrounding interior.

The cabinet features a concealed retractable drawer, offering a discreet place for a treasured keepsake. Designed to display small items and curiosities, it can also stand alone as a decorative object.

The shelf is hand-sculpted from red ceramic and bisque-fired in a ceramic kiln. Handmade in a smoke-free studio in Brittany, France, it measures approximately 11–12 inches (28–30 cm) at its widest point.
